The LEGO Investing Portfolio Tracker is a spreadsheet template for Excel and Google Sheets that tracks both unrealized and realized gains based on your inventory and price paid.

This easy to use system only requires you to do three things:

1. Input which sets you own and how much you paid for them
2. Update the market price for each set (which can be copied from the monthly Introvert Entrepreneur market update post)
3. Input which price you sold each set for (if you sell)
